Welcome. My name is Charles Steed. After nearly 16 years in healthcare as first a Navy medic and finally an R.N. I changed careers and began investing in real estate in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. Within the span of four years I had profitably bought and sold more than 60 properties.

At that point I decided it was time for yet another career change and penned my first book, The Streetsmart Homebuyer - Investor Secrets Anyone Can Use To Buy A Home. This book was a mild success and represented a major learning curve on many levels. Three more physical books followed as well as several ebooks. Always one to jump in and see how things are done, I became my own distributor as well as marketing specialist and publicist. I've attended numerous marketing and promotional seminars and workshops.
